Ingredients: TUNA, WATER, PINEAPPLE, SUGAR, FISH SAUCE, COCONUT, PALM OIL, ONION, GARLIC, CHILLI, PEPPER, TURMERIC POWDER, MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE.
FISH, TREE NUT (COCONUT).
Cooking instructions: Defrost completely for 2 hours. Put into microwave for 6 - 8 minutes, temperature - 18o Celsius, or cook with low heat on a gas stove or infrared stove until boiling.
Storage: At a temperature ≤ -18o Celsius or in the freezer.
