THIEN PHU L.A PRODUCTION - TRADING - EXPORT COMPANY LIMITED was officially established on February 22, 2021, marking a long journey of formation and development through 4 stages, from the first foundations in the early 1990s.

1. The Beginning Stage - VIET TRAN (1993):

In 1993, Viet Tran Production & Trading Company Limited was established in Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City, laying the foundation for the first business activities. This was the initial period with a small scale and the business field focused on production, trade, and export of aquatic and seafood products to the international market.

2. The Conversion Stage - MY THANH (1997):

In 1997, Viet Tran Company changed its name to My Thanh Production & Trading Company Limited to expand its scale and shape a clearer business strategy. My Thanh had made its mark in the field of production, trading, and export of agricultural, aquatic, and seafood products, and had quickly penetrated demanding markets such as the United States, Canada, Australia, and Japan.

3. The Merger Stage - THUAN THIEN (2009):

In 2009, My Thanh was merged into Thuan Thien Production & Trading Company Limited, which inherited and developed customer databases and consumption markets transferred from My Thanh Company. This was a period marking a more stable and long-term development. Thuan Thien expanded its network, increased its competitiveness and built a trustworthy partnership, contributing to enhance the company's position in the market.

In 2011, Thuan Thien Company's international standard agricultural, aquatic and seafood processing factory in Tan Duc Industrial Park, Long An Province was built and officially put into operation. We are proud to be a factory that meets high standards of food safety, approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to export to the US market.

In 2013, Thuan Thien Company successfully invested in building a food safety and hygiene system according to HACCP standards, since then we have been trusted and highly appreciated by international partners for the competitiveness of our products in the world market.

4. The Development Stage - THIEN PHU (2021):

In 2021, inheriting and promoting achievements from previous stages, THIEN PHU L.A PRODUCTION - TRADING - EXPORT COMPANY LIMITED was officially established. With a strategic vision and mission of innovation, Thien Phu continued to develop strongly, aiming to become one of the leading prestigious units in our business field.

Till the year of 2022, we had developed more than 1,000 high-quality agricultural, aquatic, seafood and ready-to-eat meal products, and have successfully expanded our customer database to more than 30 international partners.

In 2024, in order to further expand revenue from the domestic market and clearly orient a brand in the international export market, our own brand of "Ba Sau Mien Tay" (BSMT) was launched in the domestic market with the first product line of "Ready-To-Eat Meals". BSMT brings not only convenience but also the delicious pure Vietnamese home-cooked flavors to every family meal. In addition, we aim to expand the domestic product portfolio with processed frozen goods to shape the brand identity more and more clearly.
